We want you to be happy with each purchase. However, there are absolutely NO REFUNDS OR PURCHASE CREDIT. Please allow 3-4 days for processing.
We will gladly EXCHANGE the product if there is a malfunction in the equipment of the bears. Only if the product meets the exchange conditions and includes the original packaging. Just simply email us and our team will make arrangements to ship out a new product. email@example.com
Please keep in mind that on occasion, damages may occur to packaging while in route from our warehouse to your destination. This is accidental and is usually limited to just the item packaging itself; rarely is the actual item damaged during shipping. Once items have been purchased we CAN NOT cancel or modify your order after its submitted.
